An educational platform for the new millennium
The Tinusaur kit is a miniature computer – a set of electronic boards that you can easily assemble yourself, literally – with a soldering iron. Then, you can learn how to program it with our own Blocktinu development environment by using blocks or in C. The Tinusaur boards are based on the ATtiny85 microcontroller. Its software, hardware, and most of the content are open source.
Tinusaur is among the few original STEM products created and produced entirely by its team of educators. It has won many awards and recognitions.
The Tinusaur concept goes beyond the Tinusaur electronic boards.
What does Tinusaur give you?

We all know that even the best educational product becomes useless if there are no well-trained professionals who can use it. That is why Tinusaur regularly organizes and conducts training courses for educators on how to use the tools and the methodology.
Where is it used?
To date, Tinusaur products and materials are used in many schools in Bulgaria and worldwide as part of regular classes and extracurricular activities.
The Tinusaur kits, lessons, and training became part of the Bulgarian national STEM project funded by the Ministry of Education.
Since 2016, the Tinusaur platform and its educational content have been officially the basis of the “Microcontrollers and embedded devices” discipline for the “Software Engineering” specialty at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics of Veliko Tarnovo University.
Tinusaur is also used by teachers worldwide in their classes and extracurricular activities.
